ReineiraOS is pre-production software currently deployed on testnet only. The protocol, SDK, smart contracts, and all associated infrastructure are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Do not use ReineiraOS with real funds or in production environments.

Nothing on this website, in the documentation, or in the protocol source code constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. ReineiraOS is settlement infrastructure — it does not manage portfolios, recommend transactions, or provide custody services.

Smart contracts are immutable code deployed on public blockchains. While the protocol follows established security patterns (UUPS upgradeable, reentrancy guards, ERC-7201 namespaced storage), no software is free from risk. Contracts have not yet undergone a third-party security audit. Interact with the protocol at your own risk.

Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) is an emerging technology. The FHE coprocessor used by ReineiraOS is testnet-grade — encryption parameters, key sizes, and security guarantees may change before production. Do not rely on testnet encryption for sensitive data.

The insurance module provides programmable coverage pools with encrypted risk scoring. It is not regulated insurance. Coverage pools are operated by independent underwriters — ReineiraOS does not guarantee pool solvency, claim outcomes, or premium rates. Policy contracts are user-deployed code; their correctness is the responsibility of the deployer.

Cross-chain settlement relies on Circle’s CCTP (Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol). Settlement availability, timing, and security depend on Circle’s attestation infrastructure, which is outside ReineiraOS’s control. Delays or failures in CCTP attestation may affect settlement timing.

ReineiraOS integrates with external systems including FHE coprocessors, Circle CCTP, and EVM-compatible blockchains. We do not control these systems and are not responsible for their availability, security, or performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReineiraOS and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the protocol.

This disclaimer may be updated as the protocol evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
